| Returns Form |
Return must be made with a completed copy of
the return form. Download a copy by clicking on this link ‘’. Before you return this form and the goods, please
email us or telephone us to request a Returns Number, so as to allow
our administration department realise you are returning your goods.
Goods returned without a fully completed form is liable to a £15
administration charge. |

| Damaged Goods |
For all small items that arrive with the carriers,
you agree to thoroughly open and check the goods, for damage, correctness
and for missing items within 24 hours of signing for the goods. You
must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery to enable us to claim
on your behalf. Notification of damage goods greater than 72 hours
can leave you liable to cover the costs.
For Bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets, you agree to check that
all the items are present, in perfect condition and correct. You must
open the boxes, check for damage if found notify sheths.co.uk. If
the driver does not agree to wait for you to check the goods, please
do not sign for the goods and contact sheths.co.uk. |

| Faulty Goods |
| In the event of goods being faulty sheths.co.uk
should be informed immediately, quoting the order number and date
of delivery. A returns number will be given to you to help complete
the returns form. Arrangements for the collection or postage will
be made. It is necessary to place the returns note within the parcel
and not to affix it to the packaging. |

| Change of Mind |
| Where goods are returned other than because
they are faulty or damaged, sheths.co.uk will reimburse the customer
minus a restocking charge. This varies between 20-30% according to
the supplier and the customer will have to borne the cost of postage.
Goods returned on this basis have to be returned within 7 days of
delivery. |

| Returns Agreement |
By signing the delivery note, you are agreeing
that all goods arrived are correct, in perfect condition and that
all items are present. Later claims for damages will not be considered.
If someone else other than the customer is signing for the goods,
you agree to inform them to check for damages and correctness and
you accept by them signing for the goods you accept full responsibility
for loss or damage.
Where the goods are damaged or faulty sheths.co.uk will reimburse
the customer with the cost of postage. All returns are tested and
if the item proves not to be damaged or faulty, only the product value
will be returned. You will be charged the actual collection and delivery
charge. |
